Not Satisfied With Your Purchase?
We strive to prevent this from happening by curating quality products from vendors we trust.  If one of the products we sell falls short of your expectations, take comfort in knowing that we give you 30 days* from your order delivery date to return almost any item purchased at

We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.


In most cases you will be required to contact and engage with the manufacturer's online support team.  We will help you with this process by providing you any information needed, including how to contact the manufacturer and the process you should expect when doing so. 

Please note that some manufacturers charge up to a 15% restocking fee if the item has been opened or unboxed.  Additionally some manufacturers charge a merchant re-processing fee of 3%.  In these situations you can expect to receive a "partial refund" with and manufacturers' fees deducted from the funds returned to you.

All Gift Card sales are final and non-refundable.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received, inspected and approved by the manufacturer, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and process your refund.  Refunds are credited to the credit card or original method of payment, within two business days. 

Please note that your refund may not appear on your statement for up to 7 days after we initiate the credit.  This is due to your credit card provider's process for posting credits to your account.

We only replace (exchange) items if they are found to be defective or damaged by no fault of your own. If you would like to contact us about an exchange, send us an email! -->

Backorders & Pre-Orders
Any backorders or pre-orders will be refunded however there is a one-time online merchant processing fee of 3% that will be deducted from your refund total.

We will coordinate the process between you and the manufacturer.  The shipping cost associated with any unopened/unused and non-defective product is the purchaser's responsibility.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
