Helle Skog [Carving Knife]
Helle's "Skog" is a handmade wood carving knife named after the Scandinavian word for "forest." It was developed for evenings by the campfire, with a knife in one hand and a piece of greenwood in the other.
More robust than typical carving knives, Skog features a small finger notch in its Beechwood handle to guide the grip without limiting the hold, adding carving precision when holding the knife close to the blade and versatility for tasks around camp.
Its 2.9" stainless steel blade is short enough for maximum control when carving, but long enough to cut your meat when the work is done and it's time to eat. With its slight drop point curved edge Scandinavian-ground blade, Skog delivers a great carve and cut.
