Helle Gro [Carving Knife]
At almost 8" long, Gro ("to grow" in Norwegian) is perfect knife for carving and whittling, or other campsite chores, and is made for bigger hands. The tip of its 3.65-inch 12C27 steel blade is slightly dulled, but its edge is razor-sharp and meets a colored birch wood handle that is longer than its cousin (Spire) and features a smaller finger guard which provides less protection, but more control for practiced hands.
Gro also comes with a natural leather, notched sheath that helps keep it in place. The sheath is embossed with symbolic "tree rings" intended to remind us that growth is a continuous process.
